2010 Production of Honk!


This musical comedy of The Ugly Duckling has something for everyone and promises to delight adults and children of all ages. Life down on the farm is shaken up when Ida (Chrissi Smith) and Drake (Steven Badger) parent a “Different” member member of the family. Ugly (Kyran Pritchard) is pursued by The Cat (James Hallam) as he comes across many weird and wonderful characters. Will Ugly find his home? Will the Cat get his lunch? There’s only one way to find out…



2011 Production of Copacabana

The story follows Stephen, a young aspiring songwriter, as he composes what he hopes will become a hit musical.
His imagination takes him back to 1947 as he creates a story surrounding an ambitious young singer Lola la Mar who arrives in New York City from Tulsa hoping to become a star. Meanwhile Tony Forte, a 1947 incarnation of Stephen, is attempting to make it as a songwritCopacabanaLogoBLACKer while tending bar at the famous Copacabana Nightclub. Tony instantly falls for Lola as she wanders into the Copacabana. He, along with former “Copa Girl” Gladys, introduce her to the owner of the club Sam Silver, to get her a job as a new Copa Girl. The two try to make it in New York in their respective fields, but do not find it easy.



2012 Production of Rent

Look Theatre brought to life one of Broadway’s most successful musicals. Larson’s stirring and life-affirming score captures the heart and spirit of a generation of struggling artists, addicts, and impoverished young people living in the shadow of AIDS, battling the coming wave of gentrification. A time capsule of a world where hope crawls out of dark despair, these Bohemians find the salvation of love within each other and prove there can be a better world where art thrives, and everything good is free.

2013 Production of Into the Woods

Into the Woods combines the well-known fairy tales of Cinderella, Rapunzel, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Little Red Riding Hood with the story of the Baker and his Wife who desperately want a child. Unfortunately, the Baker and his Wife have been cursed with childlessness by a witch and must perform various missions involving the characters in the other fairy tales to break the spell.


The Baker and his Wife must bring the witch a cow as white as milk, a cape as red as blood, hair as yellow as corn, and a slipper as pure as gold. After a series of failed attempts, the Baker and his Wife finally are able to perform the tasks necessary to break the spell. Once the characters have accomplished their goals, however, they learn about the pitfalls of greed and gluttony. Finally, they learn about the need for community and family when they must unite to fight against the wife of the giant Jack killed who has decided to come back for revenge….
